1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the platform under supervision.

3. Project Agreement
Each project will have a defined scope and timeline. Additional features may incur extra charges.
4. Payments and Billing
Payments are made based on milestones. Advance payment may be required. Costs for assets like domains or cloud services are charged to the customer.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of final deliverables. Unistrix retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.
6. User Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate requirements and cooperate during development. No illegal or unethical solutions will be developed.
7. Liability & Third-Party
Unistrix is not liable for indirect damages or failures of third-party integrations (APIs, hosting, etc.).
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Puducherry.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We collect personal info (name, email, phone) and technical data (IP, browser) to provide services and improve our platform.
We do NOT sell your personal data. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Project Cancellation
Full refund if cancelled before work begins. No full refunds once development starts. Partial refunds may be considered based on work completed (excluding asset costs).
2. Milestone Payments
Completed milestones are non-refundable. If the client delays input for 15+ days, the project may be paused.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
