Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to UNISTRIX IT SOLUTIONS, operating under the brand name Unistrix.

2. General Refund Rule

Payments made for software development, website development, mobile app development, design, hosting setup, deployment support or consulting services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments are collected to reserve project time, start planning, allocate resources and begin development. Advance payments may be non-refundable after project initiation.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment made but project not started and cancellation is requested immediately
  • Service unavailable due to reasons fully under Unistrix's control

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Domain registration charges
  • Hosting charges
  • Google Play Console / App Store / third-party platform fees
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Completed design, development or consulting work
  • Third-party software/API/subscription costs

6. Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has started, charges will be calculated based on completed work, resources used and third-party expenses incurred.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
