These Terms & Conditions apply to UNISTRIX IT SOLUTIONS, operating under the brand name Unistrix.
Unistrix provides software development services including website development, mobile application development, custom software systems, hosting/deployment support, maintenance and AI-based solutions.
Clients are responsible for:
The project scope will be based on the agreed proposal, quotation, invoice, agreement or written communication. Additional features or major changes may require extra charges and timeline revision.
Payment terms, milestones, advance amount and final payment will be based on the agreed proposal or invoice. Work may be paused if payments are delayed beyond the agreed terms.
Hosting, domain, Play Store, App Store, payment gateway, SMS, email or other third-party service charges may be billed separately unless included in the written agreement.
Final project ownership will be transferred to the client after full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Unistrix may retain ownership of reusable code libraries, frameworks, templates, internal tools and general technical know-how used during development.
Bug-fix support and maintenance will be provided as per the agreed support period. New features, design changes, third-party changes or issues caused by external platforms may require additional charges.
Unistrix is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, data loss or third-party service failures. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, unless otherwise required by law.
Either party may terminate the service as per the written agreement. Pending payments for completed work must be cleared before handover of final files or deployment access.
